eh might have been the case.Though I'm not very willing to go through the hassle of CFW again
lol there is very little hassle installing CFW on any PSP model these days, just sayin'.
To me, there isn't much I would benefit for having one.

Your choice man. But again, if everyone says that, it'll lead to less incomes for the developers, then less games for us.

I have CFW brought it off from a friend way back. I occasionally buy games that interest me the most just to support the developers/publishers.

CFW for me because:1. ISO's
2. Custom themes (CXMB)
3. Emus
4. Homebrews
<----- This.

I have a psp 2000 running cfw. However 2 years ago I busted the memory card reader so it can no longer do anything. Just recently I've decided I would like to buy a new psp. So I was wondering should I buy a psp 3000, or a psp 2000 if I would like to hack it.

But it also depends on what motherboard is in a 3000 or GO as well. I'd still recommend a 2000 or lower just because of a higher chance of you having one with a hackable motherboard.

Had to buy a replacement this month.. psp-3000 6.37 updated to 6.39 and use cfw 6.39 with a fast loader and eboot program to play my nonpsp games like vn's and shit.

I had to buy a brand new one since my brother smashed it when he lost on darkstalkers.. it came with psp 6.37 which i just upgraded to 6.39 and loaded the cfw 6.39 with a fast reloader since once you shut it off... it goes back to normal firmware aka not perm flashed.

Got Megane?
My phat 1001 psp had CFW but I semi-bricked it bach around Gen-C Gen-D time, and then I was stuck playing games that only would work on that cfw. I eventually just went to OFW on that and then used the 6.35 hen on it. I also got a slim psp recently but I don't have the skills to put cfw on it. So its ofw, so 6.39 I guess?

Just in case you want to CFW your slim.
