S4 league Ping spike lags...

So, lately my friends have been raging about my "lag."

My lag lets me slide, ignore hits, have massive range, and late hits. But I don't have fps lag. I live in Canada(Vancouver) and I play in the Europe server. I've tried these things my friends told me to do:

-Turn off everything when you play s4. Didn't really help.
-Download Game Booster. NOPE
-Turn off firewall and run as Administer. NOPE..

My router is upstairs where my grandparent lives and I play on a COMPAQ laptop. No, I do not have fps lag. When I am lagging, people appear they are not lagging but they say I am. Or when I'm lagging and they appear as lagging too. Players say my ping rises up when I kill them or whatever. I've tried playing in smaller maps with less amount of people. Nope. I still lag.

Please give me tips or anything that can help me fix my lag. Also, I'm not that great with computers..so give me the tips step by step. (OH GOD I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT ;___;)

Example. I played in a tunnel guns match with 5 of my friends. They even said I was lagging....

Get closer to the router to get a better signal strength

Turn off the porn

Play on a server thats closer to your area because you get massive ping if you don't.

..I DO NOT WATCH PORN WHILE PLAYING S4. NOR DO I DOWNLOAD IT (hates taking care of viruses)

Most of my friends live in USA. And they are perfectly fine in the Europe server.

Are you sure? Because playing on an European server in the US will net you a ping of usually 200 and up. Thats like playing on dialup and playing on dialup is laggy.

Very sure. Look at the ss i posted up. Some of them live in US.

Alright Im gonna assume you're the person with 154ms because you're a lagger.

Do you only lag when you fight or do you just lag on a regular basis? Do me a favour and do this:

Go to Start > Run then type in cmd and click ok.
You'll be in command prompt so now type in: ping -t www.google.com --- From here you'll be pinging google indefinitely but you can stop it by pressing ctrl+c

Post a screenshot with about page full of the pings. Then we'll see from there. It it goes like I think it would then I got a program just to fix it.

Awesome just what I was looking for.

You see that maximum ms of 259 and that small spike of 77 and 65ms? Its telling me that your connection spikes. I dunno the real reason but apparently most wireless connections do that.

What OS are you using? Hope you're not using 7 cause I dunno if the program works on it.

Um...bad news. I've tried refixing it by myself. I downloaded this thing called Leatrix Latency fix. I can't access s4 or any programs that have a SHIELD on it. Nor can i uninstall or install stuff. I did a system restore yet i still cant access.

If it's permissions then why don't you set the folder that holds all those s4 files to admin privileges.
