What about Assassin's Creed 3....they are really uptight about completing this story arc before 21st December aka "Doomsday"... ;) Also Prototype 2, though I didn't enjoy the first one as much...

Yeah, they're including a new class/character that can dual wield any two weapons, including machine guns and rocket launchers. GameInformer did an article on it a few months back.

I looked up a bit on it already, looking forward to that. I liked the original, it just needed to be refined more.
