No, I'm sure that the translation is still proceeding, eventhough it's slow, considering Swan Song got translated, I think this will also get translated :D

Thats because Swan Song and is picked up by a prestigious translator group, Yandere translations, just like Amaterasu, their get their project done with considerable time period. Translate or not is not all by the title, but by the people that eventually picks it up, many TLwiki translations are stalled and not active, this 1.7% ( last's update 2007), its obviously stalled untill the person decides to pick it back up, its not even progressing slowly, and considering the progressed done, you can almost say this is one of the thousands of untranslated VNs.

BTW, what software do they use in opening the files for translation?

I think you can find loads them in TL wiki but I'm not sure if its right thought :S

Yeah, I figured cracking these files is serious business... but there's also REpacking them? won't you have to use the same software you used to open them for hacking and translating?
