So what about char roster? Hell yeah, Siegfried still awesome, but...
I sure as hell don't want to see 40 years old Ivy or Taki :rofl:

Im going to follow this one pretty close, SC4 disappointed me a lot with the complete lack of story and overpowered guest characters thrown in, hopefully this one will be better.

I wouldn't call them overpowered, but Yoda is a real bitch to fight against when most of your attacks go right over his head. I'm just hoping that any guest characters they decide on actually make sense in the course of the game.

That kinda turned me off to the whole online mode, I either fought someone that used Yoda or didn't know how to play very well and just pressed random buttons, or I played against somebody that was a lot better than me and I wasn't a challenge, but I hope this game will change my opinions as SC is the only fighting game I play.

There was only two new characters added if you don't count unique move set and non-guest. Though from my assumption Thats not Siegfried the scar is missing for example. But when i looked closely he looked like one of the new characters added. Patroklos Alexandra The son of Sophithia along with Pyrrha. Other then that since Amy was probably 13 i wonder what a 30 year old Amy looks like or a 32 year old Talim
Also heres what Siegfried looks like in 5.

I honestly think that the time leap is too far here. Since I don't want to see an old, Xiang hua, Seong Mi Na, Taki or even Ivy...

Old Mitsurugi would be cool though, Like Old Haohmaru in Samurai Showdown.

There are certain constants in Soul Calibur, such as Ivy's clothing getting more skimpy and her chest increasing a cup-size per game.

They did a pretty good work on Siegfried also thats the armor siegfried had underneath that crystallized armor he wore. Also gotta say that he didn't age much probably because of the effects of either of Soul Edge or Soul Calibur.
Old Kilik would probably look like Edgemaster and i think we might See Bangoo for the first time outside of Rocks ending and will Hwang ever get any love? Hes went from Mainstream character to Hidden Character to Stripped down into a bonus character and now hes removed.

I completely agree. With exception to Amy and Talim, I don't really want to see much of the female cast from previous games return after so much time passed in the story. And an aged Mitsurugi would be totally badass.

And for soul calibur 5, Ivy's outfit finally shrinks to nothingness,,, only for us to be confounded by everliving sword of Ivy's constantly slithering around and blocking out the naughty bits no matter how hard we try.

Ivy's really old already, her father's Cervantes I think which is really old now. Cervantes once possessed soul edge.

Ivy will be 49,Taki will be 46, Sophithia is 42, Talim is 32 probably be Ivy Sized, Tirs will be 34,Xianghua will be 37, Seong Mina will be 40, Setsuka will be 41 and Amy may be in her 30s. That covers age for the girls, but when you think about it they might not look that old if you look at Siegfried he looks pretty young hardly unchanged only bulkier and hardly aged. oh and i forgot Cassandra is 38 in 5.

I must know more about this game.... The characters, the new weapons, and how far down Ivy's boobs have sagged! :D

Yea, but Siegfried is a special case since he is pretty much glued together by Soul Calibur.

Well he's no longer bound to it so there may be a side effect. Like Onimusha when Sammanosuke was no longer bound to the Oni Gauntlet his age started to accelerate.
