Hello video gamers, I'm here to present to you an "old" game, that came out in 2006 and that, in my opinion, is a very well made RTS based on the universe of Star Wars (well the first trilogy that is).
The graphics are very nice for its age(and for an RTS), the game mechanics are smooth, the battle view mode is totally epic (try it out its fun to watch real time battles like cinematics), and the two factions have a multitude of units that make the game very nice.
The only drawbacks I can find are the fact that rebel or empire are the only two factions available (would have liked CSI and Republic), that the AI's are kind of weak and that when you play multi there can only be two teams (so it can't be free for all for example)
Tell me what you think, and please feel free to seek it out (its at like, 10 bucks now, in a collector edition with Kotor 1 and 2).

I liked space battles better than land in this. Land was either too easy for me or too hard. There was no in between i could find. Whereas space battles had lots of things to have fun with. I enjoyed making an entire fleet of only pirate fighters and having them fight things.

This was probably my first PC game I played for more than 2 months, Loved the hell out of it. Theres alot to do with it too, Campaigns for both Empire and Rebles, a Galaxy Conquest mode, as well as skirmishs!~
It also has an expansion pack too, adding in the 'Curruption' Side, adding completly new units for both Land and Space battles, and of course, its own Campaign.
To pick this game up now, along with probably, KotOR 1&2, Battlefront 1&2, and mabye a Jedi Knight game? Best. Deal. Ever.
