When a video game pisses me off the the point of insanity, I start shouting random gibber-jabber; namely about how "everything is against me", how "technology fucking hates me" and how "I'm always at a disadvantage", while majorly exaggerating examples of said disadvantages, all in a rage-bordering-on-insanity-driven voice while flailing around like an electrocuted duck with downs syndrome.
To deal with it, I scream into a pillow and take a breather, giving myself time to calm down. Calming down could take a couple of minutes, but when I do calm down, I realise that I must've looked like a mental patient to anyone who would be watching, and feel really, really stupid for it. Then I either turn the game off or carry on as I was, feeling much calmer.

I was playing Mario kart on my DS, I was first for this one race, I then sneezed and dropped the DS, I picked it up only to be last, I got so pissed that I took my DS and bent the screen all the way back.

I usually get pissed when I play SSF4 online as I SUCK ASS. At worst I lost something like 10 rounds in a row; after that I just sat there boiling (grabbing my hair, tossing my controller, you know all that) for a while. I love SSF4 but somehow I just can't do combos online :(
When my sister gets mad, she throws a tantrum, tries to choke the shit outta me, punches me and throws stuff at me. Worst part of is that she's my OLDER SISTER.

Sad to say, but when women get violent, its usually WORSE then men. Not being sexist. It's true. I am currently on jury duty. Grand Jury for those curious. We don't sit in cases, just decide if they should proceed on to count. We took our tour of the county jail today after getting getting done. The officers there said when they have violent women inmates, they are a lot worse than the males. They would rather have a jail full of men, than just 6 women. I know, you might be thinking "That's what a guy would say", but you're wrong. That was from two female officers.

One time I got sick of dealing with hackers on S4 League and quit playing all together. Now I play AVA which doesn't have hackers (well I see one or two per month most hackers hack AI missions so it's a good thing) and I don't rage because AVA doesn't support that audio chat thingy so 12 year old kids don't curse every time they get killed.

I usually yell and scream a lot when we have Counterstrike lan parties.I roar and growl. Pretty much pure rage.
I was ragequitting last night playing an MMORPG. We're trying to do a 5 man neutral raid and two teammates who just so happened to be on the opposite faction... well all I can say is; not sure if griefing, or just stupid... they set off all the triggers to spawn more enemies and they were just everywhere. We were outnumbered 4:1. At that point I was just like, EVERYONE RAGEQUIT. This fight is over!
UMAD BRO? Yes I mad, that quest has a 1 hour cooldown after failure!

stop playing, go box out a punching bag or something else.
When my head is cooled I drink or eat something cold or take a shower.

Getting mad at games is just a proof that you're still immature.
EDIT: Yes. Getting mad at people's critics is also a for of immaturity.

Getting mad at a video game is not being immature. That is normal. How you handle the problem determines maturity. Frustration is life. Calmly cooling off is mature. Bashing in your controller, or anything nearby, is not lol.

Games is a way to have fun. The moment you get mad at games, which was supposed to be a way to have fun, you lose. Therefore, still immature.

I agree that games are one way to have fun, but not all games are meant to entertain. Many games are designed to educate and challenge you. And there are a few games just simply made to push you towards rage. Demon Souls and Ninja Gaiden for example. The former being EXTREMELY hard, one of the hardest games ever, and quoted as "A game by Sadists, for Masochists". Which FYI I have yet to play and enjoy. Yes I am a bit of a masochist when it comes to video games, which explains why I don't get mad at the game. ^.-
Plus I can promise you, I am a VERY immature person if you were to meet me in life lol.

When I was young & stupid I used to rage pretty hard when I had to vent my frustration at video games, with instances of me throwing the controller or bashing on the console =_=
Nowadays I just quit the game and take a break, or change game and try to relax.

Getting annoyed at dodging the lightning bolts at FFX and getting bolted just before the final one seems logical :p. If you are a gamer that prides on accomplishing everything, I think you'll get mad easily. For me it depends on whatever the game is, I usually just get frustrated abit, then laugh it off later, doesn't rule your life or whatever.
