List some of the (in your opinion) most epic boss fights, and also the most epic boss music.
Firstly, every single boss battle in Gitaroo man is amazing, and all the music on the bosses are amazing. This was one of my favourites:
The final battle with liquid at the end of MGS4 is definitely up there:
One of my favourite music pieces on a boss has always been in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle:

My favorite boss of all time is the Tornado of Darkness from Alan Wake. I don't know why but c'mon, you fight a fucking tornado. Don't remember the music for it though.
Every boss and every boss battle fight song from Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard is awesome.
My favorite boss music is from Ys: Seven for the PSP. It really gets me in the mood to kick some boss ass.

Pyramid head from Silent Hill would be my best epic boss battle... I mean c'mon... You run up to him on uncertain times, he wields a great knife, and can kill you in one hit.
As for the epic boss song> FINAL FANTASY-SEPHIROTH-”ONE WINGED ANGEL”. It is dark, moody and classic much like the man himself.

The dogfight itself was a missile-enhanced game of knight jousting...but it was in air, and against a laser-wielding airplane. What do you mean it's not awesome? Plus, song made everything 10 times more awesome.
And "The Answer" from Armored Core 4 Answer (haha)
Plays at last mission on ORCA path, where you end up duking it out with two other remaining most powerful AC pilots on Earth for it's future...and technically, you're the bad guy.

After all the games Ive played, I have to give that title to Shadow Of The Colossus, the OST for that game was amazing, every boss fight was memorable. Up in second place though, Id put Jak and Daxter.
