The Yakuza series.

I just got Yakuza 3. I say the Yakuza series is one of the best game series of all time (except for metal gear). anyone else?

i've been hearing yakuza was a pretty tremendous series which just adds another game to the list of games i've been needing to get including demon's souls, ff13, WKC, and pretty much every other next gen title out there. I have played shenmue 2 on the xbox when i bought it for $3 and it certainly was good but i felt incredibly overwhelmed at how much there was to do when i'm usually a perfectionist with those kind of games where i try to do every i possibly can. i couldn't finish it but i had a great time, is yakuza sort of like shenmue??

I haven't seen much gameplay of yakuza at all and it's not one of my priorities atm...yet :P

I think I played Yakuza 2 in the past, and from what I remember it was nice. It had some story and not like all you do there is fight and fight

Oh hell yeah, I loved running my own hostess club, that was fun! I really should get 3, I hope it's as big or bigger than its predecessor.
