Total War or Command and Conquer?

I've only played C&C so my vote goes to them. C&C4 was a letdown tough.

Never played total war, but I did play Age of Empires 2 and 3.

Modern warfare > Primitive warfare

Never played Total War, so i guess C&C.

Starcraft > all though.

Meh, ur all noobs, played both and Total War owns C&C, no match. Though I think the older TW games (Shogun, Medieval 1, Rome, hmm, Medieval 2 goes into here as well) was... cooler than the newer ones (Empire, Napoleon). ALL THAT WANT A REMAKE OF SHOGUN: TOTAL WAR SAY YAY!!

Command and Conquer all the way. I could care less about realistic representation, I like the crazy super weapons, tesla coils, and other madness like that.

Command and Conquer for the memories (I.E. Red Alert 2) But now id rather play Total War cause in my opinion the new CAC is Cack!

Total War Series, specifically Europa Barbarorum possibly one of the best game mods i've played. Though Starcraft is my one and only when it comes to RTS =)

I like playing C&C on tech lvl one. infantry only ftw.

C&C pre-Tiberium Wars era.

but i like Comand and Conqure,so i vote for C&C~

Since I'm fan of tank rushing C&C for me.
But the two are fundamentally different strategy games.

Well the End of the C&C series was a tragic failure..

I stopped wasting time running around looking for ratings a long time ago.

Yeah.. but I look to make sure i don't waste money on some shit..

I torrent the game first on what i plan to purchase. Lately the Total War series has been able to keep me on buying the game because it introduces the new era's and that. Though the Napoleon was bit of a let down though...

C&C on the other hand is STILL struggling at the same plot position as it was like 10 years ago. Last game i have from them is the RA 2 and Yuri's Revenge.

So.. for me it's the Total War series.
Again though, both games differ a lot from each other. Where in C&C you finish a "game" in 30-60 minutes, or less. In total war, one match can take longer then that, you dont get any new units to the battle, unless it's a grand campaign and you happen to have another army in reserve.

Lame argument from authority. Do what the rest of us do and make an argument from self-authority. For example, gamespot's opinion on this matter is worth shit because I said so.
