Both of them seem to have been shut down/dropped off the face of the earth, which is extremely disappointing since I'm a big fan of Kagami's works, and it seemed like Black Lilith games were right up their alley. In fact, I recall Kangoku Senkan 2 being a project for SanityEnds before they disappeared.
Is anyone currently/planning on doing translations? I realize that DCMA notifications are issues here, and I definitely wouldn't mind some Eroge company doing an official translation, or something. I just want to play more darker eroge in English, as do quite a few others, I imagine >_

Dark Translations shutdown quite awhile back. Lilith/Pixy are very hardcore with the DCMA crap and everything, I got a notice once on an old google blogspot I had for having a positive REVIEW of Himekishi Lilia on it, if that says anything. I've fansubbed a few shows with a friend, but I wouldn't hesitate to never touch their stuff (all the reason why erobeat is so secretive thesedays).

Anyone know why Lilith/Pixy are so adamant about people not translating their stuff? Seems like it can only help business - it's not like the translations do anything but potentially help their profits, since some people will just pirate the games, but I imagine that some would also buy their games to support them. Thus, with translations, you get people who either were never going to buy the game anyway, and you also get some people who buy the game thanks to the availability of an english translation. Or am I wrong about something here?

This is just a guess on my part, but if you remember the shitstorm about RapeLay a few years back (or whenever), perhaps they want to avoid negative publicity like that.
After all... Black Lilith has some pretty hardcore/fucked up stuff... Gangrape, mindbreak, etc (in and out of school settings). Westerners that went apeshit on RapeLay will have a fucking heart attack if this gets out :D
