Tribes: Ascend

Ran a search and didn't find a Tribes: Ascend thread (other than that closed beta key thread).

Anyone still play? I'd much rather play with a group than solo, haha.

I've never played it, but I'd be willing to give it a try late tonight (in like 11 hours from now) or early tomorrow if you want company.

Looks like fun, I watched a lot of vids and personally enjoyed Tribes 2.

Playing quite a bit of it at the moment and really enjoying it. I love skiing and going ridiculously fast round the maps, though I think they've removed a couple from CTF, maybe for tweaking?

Favourite classes are the Pathfinder and the Tech, can't really bring myself to enjoy the Heavy classes, they're just too darn slow.

Awesome! We should all group up sometime! I've pretty much stopped playing most of the other games I own to play T:A.

I hope you decide to play, GSDAkatsuki! I've never played a tribes game until Ascend. Didn't played starsiege either but damn, I am hooked to Ascend!

Yeah Matt...It seems like Hi-rez did pull some maps out of the CTF rotation, guess they were really broken. I play mostly Soldier and Raider, eventually want to become a capper/chaser with Pathfinder but I haven't taken time to learn routes. I do have Technician and Brute unlocked but I rarely play either.

I usually get an hour or two during the weekdays like around 8-10PM GMT-7 (Arizona) but A LOT more on the weekend... if i'm not out of the house.

I'll start compiling user names and servers on the first post if enough people are playing!

That is the only thing that I can think of.

I just installed this game, and when I get back (at around 9pm PST) I'm going to be hopping on for the first time. PinkTempest is my character name in that, if anyone would like to play with me tonight, feel free to PM me with your in-game names :)

If I ever get bored of TF2 this is probably the next FPS I'm willing to play,.

I'm still playing it though I normally take the heavy classes just for the fun of destroying turrets and the generators then staying in the base to mess with them
