I've been wondering what website you guys surf whenever you need strategy guides, cheats and tips, or just looking at post of fanboys. My personal pick is gamespot next to ign. what are yours?

Yes, for guides and walkthroughs I generally use GameFAQ. Only when I can't get something there do I search elsewhere.

Gamefaqs loads faster on my capped speed, but for news I trust kotaku cause they have journalists that ACTUALLY GO OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

For Cheats/Tips/And Guides? Whatever comes up first in Google. Now if you wanna see some great fanboy's arguing all the time go to N4G.

I never use such websites for news and stuff, I frequent RPGfan.com or RPGamers.com for that.
Only site I visit for guides is GameFAQs.

Imo for the best reading skim the majors to get a good idea of what people are talking about.
Imo IGN died after they sacked a reviewer for reaming a game that he wasn't supposed to.

I go to GameFaqs for walktrhoughs/guides and Gamespot or Metacritic for reviews.
I like Gamespot's reviews the best. They seem to line up pretty well with my tastes and they don't go around giving out high scores like candy to mediocre games like some other sites do. Metacritic is also useful to see what the general trend is concerning a game, and also to see if the scores are fairly bunched together or if they have a large spread.
I do visit some of the more specialized sites like RPGFan too. The text of their reviews is often insightful but I find you can't really compare the scores they give to other sites like Gamespot that review all kinds of games.

I really love you guys for commenting( not being a homo dude:) ). Sorry I don't know much sites though. And yes, gamespot holds gameFAQ so by voting for gamespot, you vote for both.
