It "technically" is for Australia only but the people over at Reddit found a workaround that lets you get the games even if you live in the U.S. I personally managed to get From Dust & Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Also, the games require Ubisoft's Uplay client to work, so keep that in mind as well.
