When did WoW get fun for you?

Hello guys. I just started a trial of WoW after playing other MMORPG like Maple Story, Runescape, Cabal Online and Guild Wars. So I'm using a trial of WoW and started to wonder. When does the game get fun? What makes it fun? What made people to start loving the game? So what I would like to know the answers to those questions in your own opinion. I'd love to love this game as much as you guys do.
Also I have a few questions. How is the community? What do you do for fun? How is Blizzard with their community? I'm asking all this because I'm playing currently *coughs Maple Story* has a VERY horrible community. Thanks in advance for your answers hope its not too much trouble.
Also proof of Maple Story crappy community

Well i started WoW month ago. What made me start to like it.....2 things
a) I like most of the character dances. b) You can actually fly and jump wherever you want. The game starts getting fun after you come to Outlands *which is lvl 58*
The most common thing that makes it fun is prolly the quest grinding,i've never seen so much quests in 1 game *been playing Ragnarok Online all my life*
Can't say what makes people like this game, you just start to like it thats all.

WoW only got fun for me when it started to lend a hand in letting my friend systematically ruin his relationship. Letting me sit back and watch the hilarity as he prioritized grinding for hours and being yelled at by guild leaders for hours on end over sex, spending time with his family friends and girlfriend and even stranding her places late at night. That was the one and only time Wow has ever been entertaining or fun for me and boy was it a a barrel of fun.

When I played, the most fun I had was either seeing new content (stuff like boss fights or cool-looking zones like Shadowmoon Valley) or playing battlegrounds with my buddies.

The full multitude of options will open to you at the max level, but the "fun" parts will all depend on whether you play this game solo or with friends. Play it with friends, it'll cut boredom down by at least half

thats depending on who are you playing with. If your guild is nice and you got many friends there is a pure win. If you have stealers, ninja-looters and incompetent/ unthrustworthy ones who play with yoiu it can get real sucky.
I was happy for the time playing it :)

WoW is always fun, almost. Not really, I didn't have much fun when I played.
Of course, that was only a trial of the original, so yeah...

You don't have time to do shit using trial.

It does not get fun anymore =/ I started playing during the Beta, and then for a few years... Let me tell you, it was A LOT more fun before they started pumping out expansion shit and worthless patches.

So the Real game is much more fun than the trial?

One piece of advice regarding the WoW community. The forums will corrupt and eat your soul, no joke.

It was fun immediately after when i first started I remember being super excited getting my rez spell and getting to use it for first time one day later in westfall.
Rolled a human paladin XP
This was long time ago in classic wow tho.
Personally everything became garbage when resilience came out. I still reactive my wow account to do quests after when they done i just let the account die from inactivity every time new expansion comes out.
Last time I seriously played it was during TBC near the end of it, shortly before the new 25 man raid in high elf area came out and became unlocked.

WoW was the first MMO I ever played, with the exception of Runescape which doesn't really count, so I was just amazed by the sheer number of players and that really drew me in.
Everything in WoW, it being my first MMO, was completely new to me so everything I did was exciting and enjoyable. It was a 'grind' for me it was an... at the risk of sounding like a fagging RPer... an adventure.
I don't know what keeps bringing me back to WoW though, raids really. I enjoy large number of players against a small number of monsters; that itself was why I loved the RTS AoM so much with the Titans and shit.
I suppose to answer the title, the moment I logged in I was enjoying myself.
