Another good indicator is how many main characters there are. Typically if there is only three main characters it's likely going to be all about sex. Most of G Collections games are like that - Slave Pageant, Idols Galore, Pick Me Honey, etc. Most also have absolutely no story though... well... rather there IS a story, it's just really ridiculous.

Out of what Kaimax listed, only Sagara Family is English. It's by G-Collections, and as Kaimax has said, they only really do nukige. Here is a list of all their games.
