It sucks Wii games which can be played on Wii U will not be up-scaled in HD and you will not be able to use the new Wii U controller on them either

Didn't they show some Wii golf game that used the Wii U?

Upscaling is pretty unnecessary seeing as there are very few games that would really benefit, and no-one who plays the casual games would care.

Not quite sure how people managed to miss the curvy Wii U in the background of those videos even before they released the up-close pictures.

Not sure why that's a problem. If you have a Wii game you will have Wiimotes. No point playing one of those games with the new controller when they only use one joystick and would have nothing to show on the screen.

the wii u possesses twice the graphical cababilities of an xbox and ps3 combined. Its going to be designed for all levels of gaming.

What I think so far? Wtf is wrong with nintendo and their product naming. They always choose a sweet name for a product and then change it to something ugly.

Other then that Im really looking forward to the hardcore games that will come out for it. A Monster Hunter or Zelda is going to be much appreciated along with any shooters.

Honestly when they showed it off I had to tilt my hand to figure out what I was seeing. Nintendo is know to throw you for a loop every now and again, but this took the cake. I never really paid too much attention to what I played a game with so it took me by surprise with this new set up. All in all I think this might be something very interesting if not great to add your collection.

They should have gone with the Matrix system and called the Wii the Nintendo Reloaded and the next one Revolutions.
