looks just like that error in classy cranberries where you need to set format to japanese to solve EDIT: there are 2 things you can change to japanese, note that I am suggesting to change BOTH to japanese (FORMAT and NON-UNICODE PROGS)

On the first post you list this as both the main game and the fandisc, but I only seem to have gotten the fandisc, is there something I am missing (some random complicated way to install this) or is this just only the fandisc? (I know this has been asked, but it was never really given an answer) If so you may wish to edit the OP.
