Worst and Best DLC you have purchased?

Downloadable content (DLC) for games sounds like a great idea, just like stronger government for struggling postwar Germany. You buy a game for money, and if you like it you buy more game for more money. Unfortunately the only word in that sentence companies heard was "money" several times and then a bunch of cash register sound effects. They've come out with more insulting offers than a drunk frat boy at a strip club -- the defense "if you don't like it, don't do it" just isn't enough, it's not like a regular "bad game" you buy because you heard nice things about it in stores or magaziner or some hilarius guy who make reviews and talks really fast and say "oh well, the game sucked, at least I can sell it for er...10 or 5 bucks and end with it" no, because DLC have the big dissadvantage that there are no refounds for it, you bought it, you are screwd for life with it.
Of course there are the exeptions (there are a LOT of exeptions) in witch the DLC worth every penny and makes you want more and more and more like a drunk frat boy at a strip club.
So, my question is: Is there a DLC you regreat you ever bought? and if not then the Best DLC you ever bought (this can include Arcade Games, or Full Games or whatever there is to download).
In my case the worst DLC are the weapon colour-skins for GoW3, totally a waste of good Microsoft Points, and the best are all the add-ons for Fallout: New Vegas and my Rockband songs.

Worst: I would have to go with Rock Band songs, mainly because I hardly play the game right now. Plus the fact that they are $2 to play them in the game and only $1 for iTunes, to hear them anywhere you want. That's just me though.
Best: SSFIV: Arcade Edition (if that counts as DLC). Otherwise the Mass Effect 2 DLC missions, they had a huge discount about a year ago. Worth playing through all of them and seeing how they might connect it with ME3.

Best: GTA IV: The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. They really make other DLC look like complete crap.
Worst: Dragon Age: Darkspawn Chronicles. Crappy what if scenario. I would have been better to get killed by the Grey Warden at the end.

worst: mamori-san ga norowareru's alternate costume.
the game's hardly even a classic style shooting game so it's really not worth it.
best:Scott Pilgrim VS The World The Game.
classic 8bit style beat em up with kickass 8bit style songs.
definitely loving it.

I don't know where to start with best DLC because i enjoyed allot of the games/add-on's i downloaded. But i can say the worst DLC i bought was some game called "Mad Tracks" for the xbox and some retro arcade shooter for the PS3. I'm sure that i bought more shitty products too but i just don't remember but these will stay in my mind for a while for being so shitty.

The best DLC I have purchased were the Halo 3 map packs, I remember when I would stay up all night and learn them as I played online, It never got old. The worst DLC I have bought was the the Honest Hearts DLC for Fallout New Vegas, I almost quit my 100+ hour save game because I hated it so much. Also any DLC for Call of Duty Black Ops.

The best DLC I've ever bought is everything from Record of Agarest War. Because without it, I would never have beaten that game.
And the DLC for Alan Wake (The Signal and The Writer) because I fucking love that game and the DLC was amazing.
The worst is the Understone Quest pack for Fable III. No achievements and no fun. Waste of 400msp.

Favorite would probably be Kasumi - Stolen Memory from Mass Effect 2. For only 560MSP, it was amazing. Kasumi is an amazingly useful ally no matter what class you are, her DLC mission was fun and different (in a good way.) Plus you get a SMG that isn't crap. Kassa Locust <3
Worst is a tough one. I'm going to go with Crash Course on Left 4 Dead. Map was too short, too boring, too expensive. Definitely the worst L4D map ever.

Best: Point Lookout(FO3)
Worst: I don't really have one because I only buy DLC when I know it's good.

It's easier this way because you keep all the money, all the alchemy you did and all the other points and titles you obtain in the first playthrough, so you can start with orichalcum weapons in the first gen.

I blame pop culture for ruining nazi zombies in space.

This for Best. Worst would be something similar to what Randomness said:

We always stick to the new stuff in Rock Band, thus all that extra DLC in GH is a waste now.

Couldn't agree more with that, I still remember the days they announced more songs for GH3, I was so exited, now the songs they put for GH are copy of what RockBand already had, besides this week in Rockband they release "Superstition" by Stevie Wonder. Even better.

Best: Lots of games tie so I cant really name just one.
Worst: Probably the costume color packs from Blazblue CS. I mean they arent even alternate costumes, & they are too damn expensive for just palette swaps.

Best: Total War: SHOGUN 2 - Sengoku Jidai Unit Pack because Mounted Gunners and Long-Yari Ashigaru are OP.
Worst: A Halo 3 map-pack.
