WTF IGN?

IGN just told someone who uploaded the Metal Gear video to remove it, for no reason whatsoever.

Do they think they own every gaming video on the internet?

See the IGN watermark? They have every right to be asking the uploader to remove it. Nevertheless, it was a dumb move by IGN, should have just directly reported the video for copyright rather than make a public comment about it.

Regardless of the watermark, IGN's a little late to the party. Even if one gets taken down there's still gonna be more channels uploading the same trailer every time.

Bottom line, IGN is whining over a pointless issue. Just let the fans enjoy their trailers.

Well yeah, the video and the image both got taken off. But I'm assuming it was still up when he made that comment.

Pretty sure the video is still up. It's just set to private, according to my browser.
