Honestly, I think its a great deal for first gen Xbox360 users. Anyone that got an Xbox360 with HDMI out can wait. Unless you need Kinectic right away. :P

Fucking Microsoft... Should have shipped with a built in WiFi with the first gen. Making people waste money to buy an adapter and then introducing the new 360... D:

Finally built in Wi-fi. Maybe if they did this, I would have a different view on the 360. Oh well, better late than never.

Here is the deal
Trade in Value towards a XBox360 Slim
Xbox (doesn't matter what one) = 100
Controller = 25 (I assume thats for wireless. Dunno what wired is)
Hard drive = 30 (20gig) 35 (60gig) 40 (120) and so forth
Network Adapt = I think 40ish
So technically you geeks out there turning in your Xbox360 can get back over half the cost with what you currently have.
So the price tag isn't too bad when you think about it. Most my friends have the original launch Xbox360s so they had all don't have HDMI cable ports. ^^

Not really a waste of money at all if you have an original system... And if you've got a small HD and no wireless with your regular one, may as well trade it in for the credit to upgrade, it seems.
I've been hearing about console failures already though, any proof to this?
