Pretty interesting, I must say. Alright, to start off;

Before you start the game, you have to choose the screen rez, then confirm by hitting the only button.

Once you hit New game, you're first asked what gender you want. The left option is man. The right option is woman. You're then asked for Difficulty; Easy, Normal, Hard.

Currently playing through Easy, to get the hang of things. (._.)
