Yu-Gi-Oh: Help Constructing a good battle plan

Well since this question i have is more about help makign this deck better, i was wondering if anyone could help me out with constructing my deck to kick major ass. here are the cards i have in the spoiler, if i can get any advice on how to make this play a lot better, it would be much appreciated.
EDIT: i play mostly with my friends, and we go by house rules, direct life point attacks are limited to once per turn, damage inflicted is not by the difference, but by how much atk points said monster has, tribute summons are not required (level 6 or higher monsters do not need to be tribute summoned), and no restrictions on what cards are ok or not.
DECK EDIT: i swapped out toon world and manga ryu-ran with paladin of white dragon, and his ritual summon card.

Lots of old cards...All i can think of now is adding a future fusion to rush summon FGD, and add a few more 4star or less monsters.

hmm.. seeing the contents of your deck, it seems you're leaning to a "dragon deck". If you're really gonna go for a dragon themed deck, you should collect cards that will support Dragons in it.
Here's from my Personal Dragon deck: (all of them are fake, so don't go "OMG you have it?!". :P )
I don't mind showing this to you guys, since I rarely use it.
Honestly, this the most aggressive deck I've ever made..

Here's my two cents on my own Dragon deck aka "Black Symphony"
Monsters: (26)
3 x Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon
3 x Blue Eyes White Night Dragon
3 x Dark King Dragon - Van'Dalgyon (aka Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord)
2 x Prime Material Dragon
2 x Decoy Dragon
3 x Mirage Dragon
3 x Magna Dragon
3 x Red Eyes Wyvern
3 x Hardened Armed Dragon
1 x Stardust Dragon /Buster (or /Assault Mode for US folks)
Magic: (11)
3 x Shrink
2 x Double Summon
1 x Heavy Storm
1 x Cyclone (aka Mystical Space Typhoon)
2 x Lightning Vortex
2 x Gold Sarcophagus
Trap: (10)
3 x Level Conversion Lab
3 x Negate Attack
3 x Dark Bribe
1 x Buster Mode (aka Assault Mode Activate)
Side Deck:
2 x Stardust Dragon
1 x Red Demon's Dragon (aka Red Dragon Archfiend)
1 x Black Rose Dragon
1 x Goyo Guardian
1 x Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
1 x Trident Dragon
Focus of this deck:
Basically, this deck focuses on swamping the field with high level monsters within a single turn. The ways to do it are plenty (such as using Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's effect, using Decoy Dragon's effect, using Level Conversion Lab and so on) while at the same time, making sure your cards will be safe from Magic, Trap and Card Effects (except for remove from play effects but that's what Stardust /Buster is for) when you do all out attacks. It also comes packed with plenty of OTK abilities.

well i dont really construct my own real life deck since its so ex and i got no one to play with, but the only way i make em is through the psp yugioh tag force 4 which has sychro summon.
Anyway if you use alot of dark monsters i may suggest using card crushing virus.

from what I heard the banned cards will also be cycled into the limited list every now and then due to theur belief that no card sgould be banned forever. This, really tics people off, especially when they're about to win and I pull my Last Turn/Marshmalon combo :D

Well, the less "strong ones" get cycled every month. But the Uber strong ones that is like "we made this card too strong one" won't get cycled
Here are some cards that will never see "the light" in Official duels
# Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning 「カオス・ソルジャー ï¼é–‹é—¢ã®ä½¿è€…ï¼ã€
# Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End 「混沌å¸é¾ã€€ï¼çµ‚焉ã®ä½¿è€…ï¼ã€
# Victory Dragon 「ヴィクトリー・ドラゴンã€
lol, those card are just haxxed

lol victory dragon is the gayest yet.wins the MATCH not the duel only
is synchro summon applicable to real life games now?
Cause i think a blackwing or a lightsworn deck would seriously be irritating.

Yes, it's already part of the official game now. So if you have those cards use them now. :D
Synchro summon is really useful, when the time is right.

aww its a pity though,i rarely see people play near my home anymore.
I used to stand behind players who played and see if i can figure out their strategy. What was funny was they used calculators to keep in check their lifepoints.

@Topic Are you using the old Pegasus rules and thhe old starter decks which kicks ass? You should add God cards too to kick some major ass. Or, play Stardust Dragon!
