The first Fakku Yugioh Tournament
Tournament Hosts
- Hajo B.
- Asaforever
- Double Elimination
- Each match will be played as sets (First to 2 wins)
- Finals will play a first to 2 wins
DATE/TIME
- Signups are open now until July 8th, and will remain open until midnight.
- The tournament's first day will begin on July 9th.
- This will be a monthly event which will begin on July 9th and will end on August 9th.
- There will be NO SPECIFIC time for matches to be played throughout the day. However, each given match will have a lasting deadline of 2 days.
Example: First match is given July 9th, the deadline for the first match would be July 11th until midnight. This way all players will be able to play their given matches. But be sure to get in contact with your opponent so that you can play your match.
- The tournament bracket and matches will be posted on day 1 of the tournament.
RULES
- Six Samurai and Legendary Six Samurai decks are NOT allowed, for obvious reasons.
- Each player will be allowed to run "two" decks in this tournament. However, you are NOT allowed to switch between decks mid-match. You MUST play a set with the same deck.
- Matches are to be played under Advanced Unrated
- Passwords for every match will be FAKKU (All uppercase)
- Watch Mode is allowed. Password will be FAKKU (All uppercase)
- The player hosting the match session will have F! listed in their match note for other players to find them more easily.
- Extra decks of up to 15 cards will be allowed.
-Skype chat will be allowed for better communication amongst the players and the host (this is optional).
- TCG Legal decks only
- March 2011 Advanced Format
- Side decks of up to 15 cards are allowed. Players are to PM me their side decks so that I can add them to the OP by that player's name within a spoiler. Sidedecks will be visible for others to see, to prevent anyone from cheating using DN's Deck Constructor as their side deck.
- BOTH players MUST report their match scores of the given match to me and Asa directly via Private Message
Example: Your name and the opponent's name/Match Score/Additonal Comment(s).
NOTE: Cheating in any way or rage quitting on your opponents will get you automatically disqualified from the tournament.

I should have clarified myself. I meant the tournament format. Will it be pools, swiss, round robin, single, or double elimination?

I will announce everything once I reach this minimum amount of participants (DATE/TIME, Rulings, Scheduling, etc etc).Keep in mind that this is just a poll to see who'd be interested in wanting to have a tourney. That's why I set a minimum requirement before I officially announce a tournament.
Announcing a tournament randomly and no one joining is pretty useless.

UPDATE: I'm looking into getting at least 16 participants for a yugioh tournament by July 8th (next friday). If nothing changes by then, then I will host a tournament using Round Robin settings instead for those of us who already signed up.
