Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament on Fakku! - Won by Shad0w0fheart

So we've decided to host a Yugioh Tournament on FAKKU! Rise-chan and I have decided to host this tournament for the Yugioh players of FAKKU. For those who wish to enter, just post in this thread. Any FAKKU member is allowed to join, the only requirement to join is that you're active enough to get your matches done. Credits to Asaforever for the base form of the rules. The Rules: Spoiler:- There will be no maximum limit to the amount of players who can join, we'll adjust the bracket accordingly. However, the tournament will only be held if we have at least 8 players. - This tournament will be single elimination. - Matches are to be played in www.duelingnetwork.com - Each round of the tournament will have a lasting deadline of around one week. Past the deadline, wins will be given based on activity or coin-flipping in case of both being inactive. No exceptions, so report your activity in the thread in case the opponent isn't replying to you. – Each player will be allowed to run as many Decks as wanted in this tournament. But, 1 Deck per match. – Matches are to be played under Advanced Unrated, but you can do rated only if both players agree. – Stalking others' matches are allowed. Password for all matches will be fakku (all lowercase) for easy watching. – The player hosting the match session will have F! listed in their match note for other players to find them more easily. – Side decks of up to 15 cards will be allowed. – TCG & OGC Legal cards are allowed. – September 2011 Advanced Format. - This is a special rule which we're adding to make things interesting. During signups, all players are allowed to nominate up to 2 archtypes to be banned during the course of the tournament. All cards from the 2 archtypes that receive the most votes will be banned for the tournament. The winner of the first round matches will vote up to 2 for the second round and so on all the way until the finals. – Both players must report their match scores of the given match in the tournament thread. Example: Your name and the opponent’s name/Match Score/Additional Comment(s). [ I, X, defeated Y 2:1]

Should've went with the Gladiator deck. Would've fared much better.

Good luck Rise-Ojousama, Hokuto and I just wrapped up our match with the final score being:
[ shad0w0faheart, winning against HokutoCorpse 2:1]

The first round of the match had me feeling very much on edge due to his strong start and answers, game two I turned it around, and pushed through the third. I found it to be a fun and interesting match.

Oh btw, the winners can start thinking about the votes for next round. 2 votes, 1 for archtype to ban in the next round, the other vote if you want to unban something from the ban list.

Needless to say, voting isnt a must. No vote on ban/unban will be taken as a ban vote. Deadline for votes is the same as deadline for the round.

Wind up is already in the ban list, so no need to vote again. The archtype vote is in case you want new archtypes to be banned.

Oh, to avoid confusion, the Ban List as in Konami ban list will never be modified. The voted will always concern archtypes.
