Resident Evil 2 & 3 [PC just don't get 4, really bad port..]
Killing Floor [PC]
Grand Theft Auto: Long Night [its a mod. PC]
Survival Crisis Z [free game very good and creepy]
Dusk of the Dead [first person and third person, supposed to be hard to find ]
The Typing of the Dead [this was how I was taught to type... the second one is based off of House of the Dead 3 while the first one is based off of 2]
Zombie Smashers X [beat up zombies]

All that comes to mind for me is Resident Evil 5 and Call of Duty WaW Nazi Zombies DLC. As for Dead Rising 2, I hope it is as good as the first.

Zombie Movie [PC] (It's a small indie zombie game, kill as many zombies as possible for as many points as possible)
Plants vs Zombies [PC] (It's tower defense, with zombies. Awesome)
Dead Space [PS3 / PC] (Their not zombies, but they might as well be)
Resident Evil 5 [PS3] (Fun, but is soo much better if you can play co-op with someone, the bot is not that great)
Dead Frontier [PC] (It's a free zombie browser based MMO, it is not text based, you can go into the city to fight zombies and scavenge to your hearts content.)
There all the ones I can think of at the moment, and half of them I mooched off other people >_>
