Not quite zombies but System Shock 2 for the PC, (I only got a little ways in so I may have some of this mixed up) but the humans on the space ship your serving a tour of duty on have all been killed or infected with this alien parasite that pretty much turns them into zombies, coupled with psychic monkeys, security robots, and many other interesting enemies it makes for very tense and oftentimes creepy game. (First person shooter with RPG elements, the closest comparison I can make is Deus Ex in terms of gameplay but that is no where close, it's too unique for it's time to have a comparison. Bioshock is its spiritual successor.)

COD:WAW(Nazi Zombies) (xbox360)
and much more.. i like flash games but consoles do it for me.
The only zombie flash game I would recommend is "The Last Stand" or "The Last Stand 2" Hope this helps!!!

I would really wish people would stop calling RE5 a "Zombie" game, last time I checked, they were injected with parasites, they are not undead but rather parasite drones.
On topic.
There are rarley any good zombie games anymore other than the original resident evils before 4 and 5. Have you tried Resident evil Umbrella chronicles? or Resident evil Darkside chronicles? both railway shooters but excellent for zombie killing.

the bigger problem is that RE5 goddamn sucks, why the fuck do people like it? its like re4 but way worse.
