Well...That's quite the assortment of tags.
Not really my cup of tea, but it's nice to see different variety of releases, especially for the people who like these tags.

Meh, was alright. Ending was pretty deep. Just another netorare though. I'm not fond of the genre, but I don't abhor it. I think just like mainstream Vanilla, Netorare can be pretty boring as well. It needs to follow the same formula in order to work. Vanilla can be a little more open, but ultimately authors just choose the easy route and go for the mainstream ideal. Just my two cents that'll get downvoted into oblivion

A lot of this, actually. There are so many ways to make a vanilla story much more enjoyable, but the length of a hentai chapter doesn't allow that. Netorare is more difficult, but all the good ones such as Garden by Midori no Rupe, or Rindou by Inoue Shinsuke are masterpieces.

Most vanilla "masterpieces" stretch across multiple issues. Like "Let Your Smile Bloom" by Akinosora or "Believe Machine" by Ozaken

Great! Hot as hell.

But why did Yuran change his name? I recognized the art right away, so I found the name odd, since I didn't recognize it at first lol

He might have explained it on his Twitter(s) somewhere, but he probably just wants to separate his non-H work (light novel illustrations) from his hentai manga, although he isn't trying to keep it under wraps like tosh.

Like no one would know that Food Wars wasn't illustrated by him. Once you get popular enough, people would know right away lol

Oh well, thought it had something to do with Yuran trying to do something like that. Still, he's relatively knew too lol (I think he became active as an ero artist selling stuff about 1-2 years ago)

Not really a "true" harem. They really need a "Reverse Harem" tag. As the term harem implies multiple females.

Well the king literally had a harem so it's not inaccurate.

From what I can infer from what I just read: He realizes this is no longer the girl he fell in love with, and she no longer loves him; she doesn't even recognize him. He's holding on to the vain hope that she'll return to who she was, and that makes him feel like if he gives in to purely physical urges--he's giving up on something that is more precious to him. It likely even feels like he'd be betraying her memory, as it were. Furthermore, it would seem to him as if he were giving his approval of what she has become, which would be a betrayal of his morals. Lastly, I suspect, he doesn't want to step down and become just "one of many dicks" for her.

So in short: his flesh may be willing, but his spirit is opposed. The guilt and sense of loss would've overwhelmed any sense of "fun", even if he were capable of hiding his pain in the pleasure of the moment and drowning his sorrows in pussy.

I suppose this psychological and emotional complexity and engagement is what makes these kinds of stories interesting. I myself am too empathetic, so I can only infrequently enjoy them in small amounts.

"Appealing" is a better word than "interesting" for describing the effect of these kinds of stories. To certain people, that is. Again, myself included, just in limited persistence.

That is how real life works in nut shell especially for ex-boyfriend and everyone else in the family. Painful, sorrow, anger and sadness.

No. Not true. But the way your sentence is sure gives the feeling you don't like vanilla at all since its boring.
