The CPUs of Gamindustri find themselves in dire straits when Rei unleashes the power of a new type of anticrystal that robs CPUs of their shares whilst leaving them prone to the sexual urges of their own male subjects. To add insult to injury, Rei has been experimenting with strange beasts from a different dimension, attempting to impregnate CPUs and, thus, abolish their powers entirely. But as if things couldn’t get any worse, Neptunia is in for a big surprise when she discovers who else has become victim to the whims of Rei.
