What are some good twists you can add to cheesecake? I typically just use use a graham cracker based bottom and a cherry topping. I've also made cheesecake with caramel mixed into it. Any suggestions as to other things to try doing with it?

I'm a big fan of any kind of sweet fruit. An interesting one I've tried as of late was a kiwi cheesecake. I also LOVE key-lime cheesecake. You can also use alcohol as a flavoring (though watch out because it will likely color the cake some).

If you want to realyl go all out, imo kobe beef steak, sweet potato fries, maybe some sort of asian salad, and then figure out desert.. im not god with those -.-

Depends on the fish. Any white fish (sturgeon, cod, trout) goes great with citrus (lime, lemon, orange). Other fish is just fine on its own (or smoked). With all the species of fish out there it's hard to be specific.
