We all have those little concoctions that somehow we came up with. So why not share them?
Breakfast Ugly:
3 Large Eggs
3 strips Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
1/4 cup chives chopped
1/4 cup onion minced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/8 cup milk
Cooked and Crumbled Sausage(Any kind and how ever much you like)
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Beat the egg's with the milk and baking soda with a whisk in a small bowl, then pour into a hot greased frying pan.
----------
side note:
I like to use an Iron Skillet that has been greed with bacon fat
----------
slowly cook egg like you would an Flat egg. ten add all other ingredients except the cheese and scramble. Once eggs have cooked and everything is mixed add the cheese and keep scrambling till cheese is melted in.
Serve with Toast.
But what is ingenious of this recipe is you can add what ever you want into it. It's kind of like Scrambled Egg meets an Omlet In the summer when my garden is in bloom I like to add fresh green bell peppers and tomatoes picked fresh that morning.

i saw the sandwich section first so i posted this there first and copy/pasted it here:
best sandwich ever(in my humble opinion):
sourdough or rye bread, mayo, mustard, ketchup, and nacho cheese dorkitos(misspelled on purpose so corprate assassins don't come for me).
place equal parts mayo, mustard, and ketchup on both slices of bread, pile dorkitos on one slice, place other slice on top and smash the chips with it. enjoy.
P.S. i discovered this before i discovered smoking pot.

i've tried different chips and breads. cheetos, sour cream and onion or barbecue, and even jalepeno flavored potato chips were good, but plain potato or corn chips were to dull for me. the bread is just as important. it has to be a good sourdough or rye, none of that multinational corprately mass produced crap, white and wheat bread are right out. sometimes i add sauerkraut and/or pickles for a little juicieness.
and one more home brew idea:
hot ranch.
some dude i used to work with told me about it. just add your favorite hot saurce to your favorite ranch dressing. i use it to make a dipping saurce for plain old breaded chicken chunks(and sometimes on the afore mentioned sandwich instead of mayo). i haven't tried it with blue cheese yet, but i will.

Here's the recipe for Omnicide's bitchin' beenie weenies. :D
First dice two 1/2 in. slices of onion and green bell pepper
Heat olive oil in skillet then sautee onions and peppers
Cut up 4-6 sausages (I recommend Cheddar wurst or Brats, but any kind works) then cook in skillet with onions and peppers
Add a few shakes of tobasco and warchester sauce
Once sausage is cooked add two cans of ranch style beans and turn off the heat (beans will heat up from the residual heat)
Yeah, that's it. You can use pork n' beans if you want, but I recommend ranch style beans.
