"Cooking Extravaganza!" Red Chili Mushroom Pasta
1
This dish mainly features shallots, White and Baby Portabello (Crimini) mushrooms, and Red Chili fettuccine. I had guests over, so I made enough of this dish to serve 4 people, with just a bit left over. This doesn't follow a recipe so I can't really give any interesting information on it, sorry.

This is the first time I have ever written any cooking directions. So excuse me if they are terrible. And some of these ingredients were last minute additions, so I didn't show them in the first picture.
Oh, and also excuse my awful handwriting. I also forgot to show my name in the third picture, sorry.

It looks alright. Kind of a lot for one plate though. That's why I had it separated it into four different bowls. I just wanted a close picture of the pasta on its own, and with having a smallish counter I couldn't really arrange the serving bowl and personal bowls in a way that looked nice.

Lots quite good - Hope youll continue to join the various contests here in the Food and Cooking section :)
Seeing as im not a chef, the only improvement I could think of is maybe to make the fettuccine from scratch for extra points...

That is something I was actually dying to do in this recipe but sadly I just can't. I don't have smooth counters (tiled), and they just aren't big enough.

I have access to fresh made pasta since there three Italian shops with mama pounding out the dough.. unless it stuff or baking application i would use the dry version.. personal taste.
