Forgot I made a thread about this months ago (2 weeks after BO release lol.

On a side note, I picked up COD4 again and that just made me hope we'll get dedicated servers on MW3.

Rangers are gone they are replaced by Delta Force WTF.....I like the Rangers more.....

All I can say is bring back Sleight of Hand + Sniper Rifle. Only people who couldn't quick-scope hated it.

I've totally gone back to Modern Warfare 2 because sniping just isn't quite the same thrill in Black Ops as it was back in Modern Warfare 2.

I got better at quickscoping by playing Black Ops then switching back to MW2

it doesn't matter to me if the makers of the game are different. Maybe they can actually have good maps off the bat for sniping and also a storyline that is actually long not just player-hater, quick-death, play-same-part-over-and-over shit. Actually give you an experience where you get a taste of everything.

And one more thing

The special ops mission on MW2 for sniping was more Black Ops then COD: Black Ops

Never been a fan a quickscoping....

That's because sniping is next to impossible on Black Ops. The only exceptions would be a few of the DLC maps.

As for MW3, I hope Infinity Ward can pull a couple pages from Tri-Arc and make it less of a hassle to acquire your preferred gear.

Just as long as it isn't as annoying to get the Pro version as it was in Black Ops. Many of those perks were just annoying to get the Pro version off. I don't care for CTF in the Call of Duty games so there was no chance in Hell I was getting Marathon Pro.

I already read the plot on kotaku. I'm not gonna waste my money on this game.

I dont play COD for the story, But they have been improving multiplayer in their games, except for Black Ops when they removed stopping power, that was just terrible, now everybody uses just one gun

That's good, cuz the story is HIGHLY questionable at this point in time. I could see some levels being awesome to watch in an action movie, or rather, in 10 different movies seeing as how fucking random the locations get in the game. To illustrate my point, I'll put up the list of locations you'll play in during the campaign (in spoiler tags, of course).

I liked Modern Warfare 2 alot but I am not sure that I will get Modern Warfare 3. They released these games way too soon. They ought to take their to perfect it and not leave a bunch of shitty fucking glitches and such.

Why do you think ID games are so great? Those guys spend years (often cutting close to a decade) developing just a single title. Also, they have a time traveling cyber-wizard from another dimension (aka. John Carmack) bringing out new tech to build their games on.

So you stopped yourself from buying the game because you only heard one mission was in America? Hm. Ok.
