i was "meh" at modern sonic.
but after i saw the classic,see the classic game play and hear that "boing" sound,i was like "woah! nostalgia!"
i might buy this.

it appears the modern ver can get 2D view but kinda ruins it after the good ol classic one in my opinion.

Honestly the "Basic" Modern Sonic games was OK, it started getting worse when they added the gimmicks. (boards, werewolf, Princesses)

I'm looking forward to this game very much, the classic game play footage of city escape is great and so is the remix of "Escape from the City/Endless Mine" they are using for that level as well. Though in my own opinion, the best part is, THE TRUCK IS BACK.

I see the targeting system still in place so that's a big draw back already. I never liked the "you have 2 seconds to homing attack or the target is lost".
I'll still buy it though as I've played every game to date and I really want to see what they do with the old Mega Drive stages.

Experience has told me not to trust sega's trailers and advertizing for sonic games. I won't be convinced this game is truly good until I see enough satisfactory reviews.

As soon as I saw the first release trailer I was sold. Im glad Sega is getting their gear together for this. this game will be a great way for Sonics 20th birthday!

I am now buying this game on launch date for PS3 and as well as 3DS if I buy mines by then..I love the throwback stages and the remixed music~
