As far as I can tell, we never did. Removed tags are made inactive, rather than being deleted. That tag does not exist in the database, so unless the rabbit hole goes even deeper and it was renamed to cover up any traces of it, it seems to me we never had a tag like that.

(And in case anyone is wondering, any recently removed tags are typically mistakes. Like when we rename a tag, and a piece of content goes live with the old tag still on it, it'll create a new tag. To my knowledge, the only active tag we've removed in the last few years is zero gravity, which was a joke tag—cute chapter though!)

I'm a yuri fan and I recently made my first purchase on Fakku. Overall I found the process surprisingly painful since the yuri tag is used rather liberally. For example works containing futanari and group sex involving both men and women are still tagged as yuri. Ultimately I needed to go through the publisher's twitter account to confirm that the work only depicted sex between women.

Other websites have solved this problem by using a "Females Only" tag to indicate that a work contains no sexually explicit depictions of futanari or men. With the idea being that the yuri tag alone just implies the presence of lesbian sex, not the absence of anything else.

Here are 10 works tagged as yuri which could also be tagged as "Females Only":

This might be a bit niche and maybe even a little subjective, but could there be a tag for Shortstacks, or Small girls with large boobs? I tried to pick a few that had shots of direct height comparisons between the characters to show off how small the girls were, just for effect. A few examples:

I second what another user put. "Bisexual" should be a tag. Whether it is paid with "Yaoi" or "Yuri", to identify what gender bisexual, or both.

I think a tag for things that are a seperate purchase would be a nice idea. Have a tag that states a seperate purchase from the already subscribed with the additional purchase as a tag/category. Like some mangas/doujins can be read because of subscription and the other mangas/ doujins have a purchase seperatly thing going on.

As an aside, I can't be the only one who thinks the OP is unfair to expect us to wade through hundreds of manga to find 10 examples that would justify the tag we're requesting. You're basically asking us for free labor when there's no guarantee any of the tags suggested here are going to be added to the site at any point. Really, how difficult would it be to just add a "suggest new tag" option to the already existing "suggest attribute" feature? Then we could submit the fetish as a new tag suggestion as we come across it, and when you guys see a tag getting a lot of suggestions it can be added as a real tag to future doujins as well as an attribute that can be suggested for old doujins.

If you can't think of 10 examples out of 10,000, it's hard to justify the tag's existence. This is in part an anti-spam measure, to prevent us from getting flooded with suggestions that only apply to 1-2 chapters on the site. I'd say expecting a new tag to apply to at least 0.1% of the site is a very low barrier to entry.

This is actually a good idea that addresses your main qualm with the current system. It'd need to be somewhat clever though to keep users from suggesting "shortstack" and "short stack" or "smell" and "scent" as separate tags, which would only clutter the system. I'll try to pitch this idea when I get the chance.

On a general note, last week I compiled a list of tags from various sources and submitted those for approval. I was hoping to have the first batch ready for this weekend, but once I have the go-ahead, I want to make new additions a regular thing—at least adding a few tags each month. That said, there really aren't that many potential candidates out there as some like to suggest. I even referenced other sites and couldn't find much that we're missing by comparison.

If you have any further recommendations, please provide them here. I might also "clean up" the topic by removing posts that don't follow the guidelines. We've only had four proper suggestions in the last year, three of which were posted in the last month. My hope is this will encourage users to put more thought into their recommendations, and ideally I'll get a steady stream of good candidates that we can roll out as time goes by.

Proposed tag: Paipan / Smooth
Meaning the lack of pubic hair (usually by shaving, but also just naturally bald or loli).
Often the opposite of the existing "Pubic Hair" tag, but I think we still need it because:

You can't follow or block the absence of the Pubic Hair tag

A work with 2 or more girls can have both Pubic Hair and Paipan content at the same time

Advanced tag search for works not containing the Pubic Hair tag is quite broken
