Always love a great yuri story; even if sisters (step or not) are involved.

The art is great, but the story just lacks what a lot of other similar stories have.

The art style is good but the story is ok.

Just bought all of Yanyo's artwork and I don't regret a thing! The artwork is fantastic!

The tomboyish young Kaoru encounters, and is instantly love struck by, sexy neighborhood onee-san Maria. What follows is a series of cute interactions, leading to an incredible seventeen pages of sumptuous sex, including kissing, hugging, cunnilingus, fingering, light nipple play, and toy use (a double ended dildo.) The art is gorgeous, and the onee-san is very affectionate toward Kaoru. Strongly recommended for yuri fans (just ignore the last page.)

Plot ★★★☆☆

The protagonist gets seduced by an older girl, experiencing both a personal and sexual awakening. It would be perfectly cliche if Kaoru weren't actually a girl.

Part of what sells the plot is impeccable pacing. The first third serves as an introduction, then a few pages of ecchi build anticipation before the leads have sex until the end. The emotional climax occurs around the midway point leaving the second sex scene as a victory lap.


Art ★★★★☆

As the cover shows the art at its best the art is gorgeous, but the quality is inconsistent. Not to mention it's always great to see diversity of body types.

Shots from further out often have less crisp line work and more flat lighting. The drawing of the toy they share is especially egregious, perhaps it was censored in the original release?

The background art is minimal, which misses some opportunities to reinforce the fantasy of bringing home a hot older girl.

The shot composition is solid, highlighting both of our lovely leads in beautiful ecstasy. Of note there are an unusually large number of first person shots relative to most yuri.


Yuri ★★★☆☆

Kaoru is pretty angsty about both her sexuality and her femininity. Maria helping her explore these anxieties without shame is great stuff.

One missed opportunity is that Maria was sexually dominant the whole way through, I think Kaoru taking a turn to top after gaining some confidence would have been a stronger character arc.

That said you can tell this is written by an author who primarily does heterosexual works. In particular the story's insistence that penetrative sex is uniquely transformative feels oddly out of place.

The final page has some dialogue ambiguously indicative of bisexual group sex, but nothing is shown. It's easy enough to delete the page after you download the release.
