by 'anything illegal' what does that exactly encompass?

There are no definite rules regarding the content of Avatar Images, at least non which i know of. However i would suggest sticking to the Image Section Regulations.
Beside this regulations, it`s up to the Mods/Admins to decide whats Legal or Illegal.

The server is in USA, and USA has sometimes problems with lolicon.

Heh, problems is an understatement. It is legally illegal. <.<

Basically, lolicon is protected by the First Amendment, but that is only true if it passes the Miller Test. The Miller Test is a test to determine if something is obscene. Lolicon would fail the Miller Test (it is definitely considered obscene) then it is illegal.

The only kind of lolicon material I could think of that would pass would be lolicon in manga (not h-manga) like perhaps Kodomo no Jikan, and even that is a stretch.

Ehh...I am thinking about uploading a Keroro gunso-Doujinshi
...so I have to questions:

1.)Keroro Gunso is a frog. I don't really know if that counts as Bestiality (well...actually there is no intercourse only Masturbation...)

2)I made that doujinshi. I am not sure whether I should upload something I did myself or not.

If you feel unsure about your Work, how about posting some of your Drawings in the Artist Section first and see how Fakku reacts?

Something I just thought of, there isn't any particular mention of what is and isn't allowed in user avatars when it comes to nudity. Last I heard simple frontal nudity was allowed, but anything below the waist wasn't. Wouldn't it be useful if someone would clarify that, or be a bit more specific?

Yeah, I've been confused by that, too. A while back, I saw that Jacob had said he didn't want any hardcore sex in avatars, but I recall it being explained thoroughly. I see a lot of people with breasts in their avatars, so I guess that's okay, but what if I just had a dick in my avatar, would they be against the rules? A limp dick, I mean. Not hard or anything. Not sure why I'd want that, but who knows what crazy picture I'll come across online and want to use to represent myself.

I think someone should update the rules to include the the appropriateness of one's avatar picture as well as the fact that posts in Incoherent Babbling section do not increase one's post count. God only knows how many times we get a thread in Feedback asking about "Urrr, why doesn't my post count rise?"

I'm pretty new to Fakku so sorry if I'm asking a stupid question. Why is it that normal users aren't allowed to post descriptions for many of the mangas? I know that there will be people like those annoying little *bleep*-s that make retarded changes to important Wikipedia posts, but I'm sure that I'm just one of the many people who like to read and summarize a manga.

Just to add a few pointers, even some of the most popular posts on Fakku don't have descriptions.

It's been disabled for pretty much everyone. If you see a newly uploaded manga/doujin with a description, it's because the uploader wrote up a description beforehand.
