To whom it may concern,

Read: On Sept 16, 2010, Strata posted on the Xchange 3 forums that he found a link that will enable some of the nude pictures on that particular game uncensored. VN and Eroge Discussion Moderator, Kaimax, seemed to have pointed out how easily it is for Strata to be offended because he does not want to reveal the link to the patch(in w/c he used the word "butthurt" to point out how easily it is for Strata to be offended) just because someone made a sarcastic comment on the link. Strata told Kaimax to back off but did not heed the warning. Strata now thinks Kaimax is harassing him and based on what I reviewed on this event, seems like Kaimax got a little carried away but is harassment nonetheless(Kaimax did help me on the snow sakura forums, though). I hope this will never happen again and reforms and actions will be taken on this incident for power used in a wrong way will by a person will have serous reprisals in the future. personal opinion: i thought kaimax was +1 in that situation, the other guy was like grumble grumble censorship grumble SOMEBODY. that fat exclamation mark above his head as he walked towards kaimax; strata was very obviously looking for a pokemon battle from the start.

klown then stepped in to stop the battle

and yet you still found yourself morally upright enough to report the incident to the indigo plateau police. so i guess its +1 to you as well.

Strate here created a thread that suggest people to get english translated games from another site.

this basically broke the rules.

I've got a question...hope its not to stupid...but I'm working on my own doujinshi/hentai and was wondering if I could upload it to the forum (user upload section of cause).

is this allowed?

It's allowed, if it doesn't break the common uploading rules.

I believe you are allowed to upload your own doujinshi/hentai to the user uploads section, but material falling under the loli, beastiality, guro and other extreme genres are still prohibited.

Is Yaoi is banned on the user upload... i only ask because i found three really good doujin i want to share on my post.. and when i search the site for post answering my question some say ok other say nope or mostly no.

I was browsing the forums and came across an avatar that showed, according to the rules, reproductive organs. I thought it was against the rules?

report any post the user made and we'll deal with it? We don't see every single user avatar.

just 1 question...is there a law that could get me banned because of my profile pic(sorry i got tired of reading)...because i used the default pic for new members and colored it...i also change fakku with my name...

Nope. The rules on avatars are the normal ones on obscene content (no gore, loli etc) and that no genitals are shown. Implication, barely censored or out of frame, and nicely edited avatar templates are evidently a-ok. :)
