Haha don't worry Nikon man, I just hope you go all the way when you become a chef, and heck maybe when you open a restaurant come and tell me where it is and I'll come :D

Other than that nice releases I always love it when Fakku gets English translated one.

Thanks for the update. I, for one, appreciate the [FAKKU] on the filename. It helps keeps things organized on my end a little bit easier.

Congratz Nikon! and thx for the update!

@Raze
Bring on the flame! :twisted: because imho they deserve it for their "great" observational skillz. I mean come on, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that Fakku is in NO WAY claiming credit for the doujinshi. Personally it helps me sort through my stuff like one of the Guests was saying.

Congrats on the certification dude!
Also good to hear that you're not totally leaving us, look forward to seeing some high-quality releases when you have more time on your hands again ^^

I think when people say "you're always taking credit" for the doujins, they're referring to your filenames. You always rename every doujin on your site "[FAKKU] Doujin title", when you didn't do anything to the doujin, while other sites always name their doujins "[Artist name] Doujin title". Having FAKKU in the filename is fine for doujins you scanned or translated, but otherwise it seems like you're grabbing credit for something you didn't do...

OK. Reading what Nikon wrote in the front page pissed me off, and now you've just proven to me that some of you out there are indisputably stupid.

Do you (in the plural sense) think we, as a scanlation team ourselves, don't know how much effort and time it takes to do a scanlation? We know, and therefore, unless we were the biggest fags on the internet, we won't do something that amounts to stealing. And, before someone tries to be a smartass, we are not the biggest fags on the internet.

But let's look at the issue in a different way. What about our releases? I don't mind if you rename our releases and rehost it or something, but I've already lost count on how many of our earlier releases had been reposted with the credits page removed, and someone even went as far as to remove the watermarks in one of our releases. And before you attack us on this issue, it is precisely because of you people out there that we watermark our releases. Without the credits page, how else could we leave our mark? I have no idea what's happening with the newer releases (I'm making it a point to stay away from the land of trolls that is 4chan, and rarely visit other English hentai sites), but I doubt things have improved.

All the [FAKKU] means is that you downloaded it from FAKKU. Nothing more, nothing less. It's just like other hentai sites tagging on their site name or url at the end of their filenames. If it's really that hard for you to wrap your head around it, then too bad. This format will not change.

I agree with this. Honestly, people, if the [FAKKU] bothers you so damn much, guess what? It's a FILE NAME. You can MODIFY IT. "Modify it? BLASPHEMY!"

>_> Sorry, Raze. But you have to remember--the internet is land of fail and the generally unintelligent. We can't expect everyone to use common sense when they do/say something.
