If all FAKKU users were divided into downloaders and online readers I bet they'll divide evenly. I mean there will be an equal amount of users who prefer reading online to users who prefer downloading. This isn't about which one is the better way to enjoy the h stuff but it is about supporting both user groups. I don't care if any of you never downloaded anything here but please don't think badly about downloading. Reading online or downloading, we all have our own reasons but please don't think reading online as the right and the only way.

I use the read online feature all the time anyways...
BTW I didn't realise the majority of you Fakkuers download these and don't read it online... I guess it's because it's quite hard to really read manga properly on a PC monitor, huh XD Luckily with my phone it's really easy, and it's very very fast (part of that may be because my phone don't load ads).

Well, in our internet is at his low speed. we have to wait several seconds to read a single page. So, download is the best option. We, can wait until it's downloaded and we can read without interuption of slow loading page.

Well reading online isn't quite a bad idea.. nows my chance to scour interesting doujin's to download when the download option comes back :)

i would like to suggest...
i know u making the script to load for the next page while u are on the previous page...
just simple, why you dont make it load for 2 or more page while we read on the previous page...
people download it because people hate buffering and waiting (just like YT, isnt it?)
and look... in the comment page, there will be always people who upload and rehost it to be downloadable... and its even make it easy, u dont need visiting the download page for finding the download link :lol:

I Agree with you, because Fakku is the only LEGIT for english-doujin (or any hentai material) download website, there is many website likes fakku but most of them either japanese or you have to pay some amounts of money to be a premium member to download, others just a sharing torrent, most of it already "Dead" since nobody seeds after downloading.

Have you considered trying to establish a slideshow feature so the webpage doesn't reload everytime you veiw the next image. that could really help the members with slower pc's and make veiwing more enjoyable/ elegant.

Maybe I just missed it, but has it been mentioned WHY the DDL links were removed? I'm not trying to be a douche about it, but I'm very curious what the reason was. I can imagine the reasons for the DDLs straight from Fakku, but I can't guess why the 3rd party DDL links were taken down too.

Jacob, thank you, and I think if you added a slideshow feature to the online reader, it'd be perfect. No different from how I usually watch my porn.

FAKKU was always great for me because you could choose- if you wanted to read a file online you readed it online. If you wanted to download it you had several mirrors to select and you could always download from FAKKU server...I always download my hentai and then browse them..Its easier and faster for me. If i like a doujinshi i can browse it without waiting for it to upload as a image on a online server etx

My guess is that if they're going to go through one by one each link to see which is good or bad they might as well just take it down and put it back up later all clean and pristine.

There are actually a lot of other websites that offer free and legit hentai doujin/manga downloads. They're just less organized or use inconvenient file hosts, but they exist. Besides Fakku I also browse hentairules.net, which adds 2-4 new hentai manga (doujinshi occasionally) every day or so, but it's in blog format so unless you keep up to date with it, you'll have to know what to search up.
Actually to be honest, Fakku gets hentai manga releases a bit later than dedicated hentai blogs (Not by very long though, maybe 1-2 days)
