A) Proof on common sense in regards to how markets work? Or proof in regards to how jacob made this deal? Or how ex didn't delete their stuff cause of him?
You didn't make yourself clear at all. Claims of what facts? The things that are common sense? Or the things that have been proved in progress, or the things that were proved weren't directly responsible for other things getting removed?

His first point was that we're all pirates and make use of stolen material, and he's correct.
His second point I believe had something to do with how the majority of what was said was entirely based on opinion, and he's correct. The only posts that could be taken seriously were Jake's and a few others made by myself. Not sure if he thinks anyone was banned for the posts in the thread but I can assure you no one was(that I can see on the list).
His last point suggested that this might happen again the next time any company tries to "steal the internets hentai". I don't think it'll ever be quite as severe. I also see some backlash coming upon our first release because people are idiots and will never be happy unless left to steal in peace.

There was lots of information to suggest jake had nothing to do with it. Especially since he (and all the translators on here) got cease and desist letters, and then he mentioned the wani deal as a means to keep the content available to the fakku users, prior to people going ape shit. It was there, he didn't see it/ assumed.
