What does a FLCL fan do when he smokes for the first time?..
.....Simple he writes "Never Knows Best" on the first sig he smokes before hand.

Three days ago I almost sat on a 35% full pack of smokes that someone left on the seat I usually sit upon in my VHDL class. I'd never smoked before then and since my lighter was at home (I keep a lighter handy to use on heat shrink wrap I use for my vintage electronics hobby), and my folks would kill me well before the sigs could if they knew I was smokeing I had to wait until the next day at my college to try it. This left me with time to think if there was anything cool I should try to do when I could get to it. Aside from trying to blow smoke rings(I've smoked twice and still can't do it) the only thing that came to mind was how cool Mamimi looked in the first eppesode of FLCL smoking that cig with "Never Knows Best" written on it.....So I decided to do that.

Anyone else ever done something like this this?

Smoked once. Got my first fag from a friend. Don't know if I was born defective or anything but I didn't choke on my first fag. Nor the next. And the next. And the next. And the next...
I stopped (casually. Seriously was I born defective?) a few days later, due to the inability to support smoking financially.

This is just me though. But if you seriously consider the health of your lungs in the long run (does chronic bronchitis sounds fun to ye?), I would suggest you not to.

My first puff was a full inhalation from a cigar (not knowing the technique and just using what I observed from my smoker friends) and didn't choke. Then again I did grow up around smokers.

Used to chain smoke daily. Quit after college and have never touched a cig since.

My dad's a smoker, and I've never seen a cigar in real life.

I tried it once, didn't really like it, but now I'm tempted to do it again just to write never knows best on the side.

I didn't do it to look cool to others(I don't need cigs for that); I did it out of curiousity and for the experience(also to make my self feel cool). If I wanted to look cool I'd have smoked it outdoors instead of where I did smoke it which was in my secret Fapping spot*.

I probably will not make a habbit of smoking as I don't want to ruin my health.
If I do smoke more than once a week after this I would prefer to smoke cherry pipe tobacco.....I love the scent of a cherry pipe it is very nostalgic to me because the old tech that taught me the opperating principals of antique tube radios (which I only collected before the time) and how to competently fix them, used to smoke a cherry pipe and his shop and all the vintage sets he sold had that nice smell(which I associate more with my hobby than any of the nice smells my vintage gear normally produces). One of my grandfathers also smoked the same pipe tobacco**, but did not live long enough to be as much of an influence on me.


*My secret fapping spot is at the top of a stair well that is on a floor that logic states is not suposed to exist (the buiding is two floors shorter than the stair well is. Almost no one uses the stairs to get to the nearest floor in use which is three stories down (the one below that does get some traffic though). Almost no one knows of and has the courage and or curiuosity to visit this floor partly because of the spooky vibe it exhudes(the stair well is not painted above the highest used floor and is poorly lighted one level up from that, and at the top is a locked room with some electrical equip, I'd guess it is the elevator motor room, which emits a constant loud, ominuos 60Hz buzz, and intermitant mechanical squeal like sounds). This place used to creep me out, but the more I go there the less it bothers me. I've fapped there on random free hours for over a year now and never has anyone walked in on me knock on wood (a reccord I wish my bedroom could achieve). The miniscule amount of risk of getting seen intrinsic to using that spot(I'm probably more likely to get raped by a ghost then walked in on lol) turns me on.
