That's not parodies as it is more of product placements. It's a famous way of making extra money in cinema where they put a product in a movie and get cash for it. The best example of this is Code Geass and Pizza Hut.

Oh yes. Remember in Soul Eater. There is Starbucks Coffee parody called, "Deathbucks Coffee".

Also. There is another McDonald's in Mobile Fighter G Gundam. It's in Episode 24. Look at 3:24.
But likely after showing McDonald's logo, Sunrise will get sued for using sponsored without permission. Then in InuYasha, they changed from M to W like reverse R to normal R in Toys "R" Us store (mention in The Simpsons).
