For a while now I have been reading a lot of incest mangas. There is something extremely hot about them. This feeling of somebody doing the taboo.

On the other hand: Such acts actually disgust me irl. I even frown upon cusins doing it. Even though I have a sister, I never had the desire to do her.

I know it is the taboo that makes me horny, but why am I not as sickened about the mangas as irl?

Does the people here see the difference as I do, or do you find it acceptable?

Incest manga, affectionately known as WINcest, are hot because the characters are entirely fictitious, it's fantasy. The characters are usually attractive/hot and something we know is taboo IRL is being played out by said characters and oftentimes there's no negative repercussions, because an h-manga or h-anime never usually lasts long enough to get to that point.

Knowing that Incest is taboo just shows that at least you aren't taking the 2D world too seriously.

What is considered Taboo/wrong by society's standards creates an interesting situation in fiction where it can be somewhat more appealing.

That said there are a few reasons on the biological level/social level that you don't get with your siblings. Not just society's taboo on it but also the fact that you grew up with them and such.

Although hypothetically if two people were to get in a relationship and were blood related it doesn't automatically = five armed baby. If it is siblings then there is a slightly higher chance that the kid might get a recessive genetic disease that runs in the family. If it is cousin's this is also true but to a lesser effect, and as long as it doesn't happen through several generations it should be fairly low risk. If you are talking science. And to be honest I stopped judging people a long time ago.

Now if you are talking about would you/me actually get with a relative? Heck no, my cousins are kinda overweight and I only have a brother lol. That and the whole society taboo thing irl.
