Guilty? Absolutely NOT. Embarrassed? Maybe a little.
This post is Ancient! I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, when i wrote this i was freaking out looking for answers, let me explain OCD. When a regular person sticks his hand on a hot stove they remove the hand. The pain hurts, they realize their hand touching the stove is the cause of the pain, so they remove the hand and they remove themselves from danger. But, What if you always felt that pain, you wouldn't be able to tell when you where touching the stove or not, because you would always feel the pain of touching the stove. OCD is similar, stress is a natural reaction from the body to tell you to GET OUT avoid the situation, then you do what you can to escape, kind of like removing your hand from a hot stove. However OCD people are always stressed out and they always feel they need to "Remove their hands from the stove" even when there is no stove around. So that means OCD people like me are always looking for the reason we are stressed out, and when i was going through a hard time when i posted this, there where a few deaths in my family, i was looking for the thing i could do to "Stop" the stress, and i asked you guys to help me out. I didn't get much help or support but that's good, helping OCD people in this way only reassures the malfunction in the brain. This is why i made this post a while back. Also damn your avatar is hot as hell lmao
