It has no name but it chopped potatoes and onions stream fried with olive oil then half way done you crack some eggs then cover, cook for five more mins and rest for a half hour. You could add cooked bacon or chorizo while it was cooking to add depth. Or cook the potatoes with mexican chorizo then finish.
Shredded chicken biryani from a takeaway, tasted great enough but apparently my body doesn't like Indian food too much as I spent most of the afternoon in the toilet.
