[Locked] FAKKU Store issue

Yikes. That's new. Can we get an official word on this?

According to this post from Jacob, I'm guessing stuff like books and doujinshi are being moved here. If you click on the Comics tab, and then "View more Latest Doujin Releases" or "View more Latest Fakku Books" it'll bring you to a storefront kind of thing. Similarly, you can also type fakku.net/books or fakku.net/doujin in your search bar to get to those pages instantly.

If you have recommendations for improvement I'm sure you could leave them.

Yeup! We're moving all of the digital content to the main site. There were a lot of support tickets from customers that didn't realize the difference between the two sections, so hopefully this is easier once everyone is used to it. Going forward the store will be exclusively for all our physical goods (apparel, figures, skateboards, etc).

I'll make an announcement about it soon, I didn't realize it was difficult for people to find the doujin page. So here it is:

Huh. Strange. I posted a reply but it seems to have disappeared. So if I show up twice I apologize.
I'm not sure I understand splitting up the store like this. Having to check multiple places for new stuff to buy seems like unnecessary hoops to jump through. A store should just be a store. But I'll give it a try before final judgement. Hope this works.

I like gridview for doujinshi and comics with tag and publisher filters!

Some feedback:
-There's a lot to scroll down to see the list of publishers
-"All doujin" and "Including" are like this and don't work (I use Firefox with Ublock, no 3rd party cookies)

We just added the ability to add individual books to your cart and then checkout with them, so this should be all set! Over the next few days @Kisuka will be adding the ability to edit your cart before checking out.

I don't know about how others feel, but I really think you should put a link for Books between Comics and Doujin in the Fakku header bar. I was confused for a bit on where to buy books. It didn't really click to go the Latest Books section under comics (used to that being for subscription magazine content).

Just my 2 cents, but I HATE having books and doujin on the main site. I GREATLY preferred having all purchasable things in one section. Not only is it less intuitive, but the book links on the main site don't have the same information and visual flair as the store links. It doesn't even list something so simple as when the physical version releases! Now I have to look in 2 different places to spend my money. Also, there isn't any sort of specific demarcation between purchasable content and membership included content. It's all just kind of mixed together.

The simplest fix would be to undo the change and just go back to the old way. However, if there's some reason this can't be done, at the VERY least add a "Book" tab to the main menu at the top so we can decisively look at ONLY purchasable books separate from the rest of the site content.
