Image won't load. Stuck at Page 00/00

I've resubscribed to Fakku a few days ago after 1 month break. I found out that I was not able to load any pages. It keeps on loading and it stays at Page 00/00.
I've tried different browsers and VPN but they all have the same issue.
I've reached out to Support but they have yet to reply to my ticket (Ticket #64415).
I even left a discord message in the Support channel but no one replied to that message too.
So I kinda lost on what to do next.

I've been searching if there is any similar issue in the past and from what I found, it seems that my account might be flagged due to fraudulent charges.
I did tried to resubscribe using a different credit card that I used to, but since all the cards was declined, I reverted back to using my old card.
Is this the reason my account got flaggged?

I'm having the same problem

We are working to fix this ASAP, it's a latency issue with some of our servers causing a delay. Don't worry, nothing wrong with your account!

Is there any news on when this might get fixed?

Ditto, completely broken, including books I own.

Any ETA on a fix?

Edit: I also cannot download any books or games that I own, attempting to do so redirects to the front page. Not being able to access purchased content is problematic for obvious reasons, particularly during a sale.
In the console in the reader I can see a couple 404s and a CORS error to do with requests from fakku.net -> books.fakku.net, and looks like the domain for downloads is also books.fakku.net.

Is there any workaround for accessing purchased content?

Been having this issue for more than a few days now, as well. Will there be any reimbursement for being unable to read anything for upwards of a week now?

The mobile site isn't secured either, which prevents autofill of card info.

That's extremely inconvenient during a sale.

I also experienced this. A couple days ago I noticed that it defaulted to http://fakku.net/... on my desktop a couple days ago, super weird, but manually changing the protocol to https (eg. https://fakku.net/...) fixed it. Does that work for you?

Been having the same issue for multiple days now. Quite the unfortunate interruption of service, so I'm also curious if there's something of an ETA as to when it will be resolved.

Yeah, see.... problem for me is that it does automatically do https, rather than http

5-10 second loading delay? More like not working at all. 3 more days of this and I think we should expect a 25% refund for this month's subscription.

I've left the reader up for a few minutes without any pages loading, so the 5-10 second delay is not accurate for all users

My current record is 24 hours.

I actually got a fix!

I was reading through the comments on this feed and decided to mess around with the "http" and "https" stuff.

I found that, if you add "https://www." to the beginning of the url, it loads instantly. For some reason, every page was just trying to pull from an unsecured url. I tried it without the "www." and it did not work. I'm not an expert in websites or urls or anything. I was just motivated by my horniness and got lucky with a fix.

Hope this helps some other people too!

Edit:
Sorry, to be clear, my url reads, "https://www.fakku.net..." and so on. When I first try to load a book it just reads, "fakku.net/..." and so on.

I can confirm that this instantly loads the content. Thank you!

Manually navigating to the secured version of the site, https://www.fakku.net/ fixed the images failing to load for me as well. If you navigate to fakku.net it doesn't automatically redirect you to the HTTPS version of the site, which is concerning from a cyber security standpoint. You could be entering payment information into an unsecured site and exposing yourself to potential data leaks or man-in-the-middle attacks.

never shows https for me either, but i'm not having any problems with pictures loading. and the lock symbol in the address bar is always there. so i think it's safe. also wouldn't modern browsers warn you if a website isn't secure?
