Maybe there should have been an argument that they're sending a negative message to women who do not have large breasts, that they're inferior and not allowed to show themselves, because only sick men who want CP will find them attractive.

I was half expecting a link to Sancon when i read the title. There really is no need to say why this law is one of the stupidest laws they can possibly pass. I wouldn't be surprised if all the plastic surgeons in Australia backed this law to make a ton of money from all the women who are now considered to be promoting CP. How small is an A-cup to be exact?
I really like real life girls to have small to medium breasts and the majority of women I see probaly fall into that area. It seems rather unfair to the women as if to say the only man who will find you atractive is a peado.

It is one of these things that I have wondered if you had sex with some one under age that looked old enough then to compare it with the opposite and ask which is worse, my anwser would be neither it's not really any thing immoral.

As someone who lived in Australia for a good half of his life, and as a man who likes his women around the "Handful" that is the A-C Cup, I can only feel sad about this.
