I'm surprised that there is someone who feels similar feelings to my own. I don't feel guilt so much as disgust with myself. No religious reasons nor do I think it's wrong. I just have an aversion to people, including myself, so I do feel regret immediately afterward.

Religion is the worst for making people feel bad about doing something that is completely natural to begin with. If you still feel guilty about it you may want to reassess your belief system or at least realize that 'God' or 'Yahweh' or 'Jehovah' wouldn't give you perfectly natural urges and desires with the expectation that you repress them. Only a douche of a deity would do something like that imo.
